College Ministry

Led by Pastor Jeff Pate and his wife Michelle.  They have 3 boys, and their family have been active in our church over 10 years.
Church Services:  We have an 8:30 Old School service in our older historic sanctuary building.  We have Sunday School at 10:00 am.  There is a class for you, but you are welcome to pick any of our classes.  Click HERE to go to our SS Page.  We also have a church service with a full band at 11:00 in our gym in the building in the back of the grounds.  You will find most of our college students at this service.
A college/career Sunday School class is offered in room 1 in the old building.  We will be studying the Spiritual Disciplines this fall.   Come learn how to practice your faith and grow as a believer in very biblical ways through the daily disciplines found in scripture.

Life Groups connect you with other individuals and families in our church.  They are a great way to get to know the body of the church.  Let Pastor Jeff know if you are interested.

Volunteering is a great way to serve while you are in college.  Sometimes you can even earn credits for a class.  If you desire to work with our children’s ministry, please get a packet at the children’s check in table at the 11 service.  Everyone has to have a background check.  Below are ways to get involved with ministry here at WBC.  Talk with pastor Jeff to see where you fit in.
